SocialAI is free to use. However, some optional features involve transactions with your token, such as the buyback&burn rewards. To manage the funds needed for such features, the SocialAI WebApp includes a balance page.
Note: this requires SocialAI Pro (free), and is currently only available on Ethereum mainnet.
All funds are stored in SocialAI's smart contract, with built-in security features that cannot be altered. Funds can only be withdrawn to your wallet, or used to burn your token, both of which you have defined when upgrading to Pro.
SocialAI also values the security of community members. That means when a reward is promised via a bounty, they are ensured there's a sufficient amount of funds available. This is managed by SocialAI's transactional system, which is privately available to you as project manager.
Available: the funds currently available to spend.
Reserved: when creating a bounty, the funds required for the fulfillment of the rewards are reserved. This includes the rewards themselves, and the expected gas fees.
If the bounty is successful, the rewards are processed, and the unused gas fees are refunded.
If the bounty is unsuccessful, all funds are refunded.
The total balance is the sum of available and reserved funds. In other words, your deposited funds are split up in available and reserved pools.
Spent: the funds spent for rewards.
Go to the balance page in your SocialAI WebApp and click on Deposit ETH.
Click on Make new deposit, unless you have already deposited directly to SocialAI's smart contract.
Depositing requires you to connect a wallet, which can be any wallet. Since this is not available inside of a Telegram WebApp, click on the Go to website button to open the SocialAI website in the browser of your choice. Make sure the domain name is app.socialai.finance!
First enter the verification code given on the website into your SocialAI WebApp. This is an additional measure of security, used to verify the authenticity of the deposit page. The code refreshes every 30 seconds, so make sure you verify it within that window. Only proceed if the code is valid.
Connect your wallet, enter the amount of Ethereum you want to deposit, and confirm the transaction.
Your funds are now deposited to your SocialAI account, and available to use. If the transaction succeeded, but the deposit transaction is not visible on the balance page, no worries, simply follow the following steps.
Go to the balance page in your SocialAI WebApp and click on Deposit ETH.
Click on Manually register deposit.
Submit the transaction hash of your transaction.
